How  to do  savasana


1. Lie  down  on  your  back  and  your  legs  apart


2. Keep  your  arms  by  your  side, and  Turn  the palms  up.


3. Close your eyes.


4. Keep your  chin  toward  the  chest


5. Breathe gently


6. Starting  from  the toes,  relax  every part of   your body


7. Stay  this  pose  for  2 minutes.
    (If you  need   a  deep  relaxation,  5 minutes  is  okay.)
