What  is  relaxation( 放松  )  ?




Relaxation (放松 -fàngsōng)



Relaxation  is  a  journey  of  flow  such  as  you  are  immersed  in
state  farther and  farther away.


Relaxation  is  what  you  release  instead  what  you catch.


Relaxation  for  a  few  minutes  can  be  more  effective  than   sleep  for hours.


However,

Relaxation  of  body  and  mind   is  incomplete   until   you   get  inner  peace.
