Locust pose 3~4





3. Lift  your  right  leg  using  both hands  while  breathing  in.
   Take a  deep  breath  twice and  lower  
   your right leg  while  breathing    out.
  Repeat  the  left  leg.
  Straight  out  of  your leg  and  do not  move or shake hip.



Locust yoga pose 1~2




4. After  taking a breath  3 times,  inhale and   hold  your breath,
    then  lift    your  both legs.
    Breathe  normally  while  staying  this pose.
    Exhale and  lower  the  leg.
   After  getting your breath back,  repeat  this pose
