Easy yoga - cat leg pose

Easy  yoga - cat leg pose



1.  Make  a table  with your body  and   take a breathe in.
     Lift  your   right  leg  and   look straight ahead.
     Stay  in this   pose  and  breathe normally.
     Lower  your  leg  while  breathing  out.
      Repeat  the  opposite  leg.


2.  Repeat (pose1)
      
     Make  a table  with your body  and   take a breathe in.
     Lift  your   right  leg  and   look straight ahead.
     Staying  this   pose  and  breathe normally.

     and  next  step(pose2)

     Bend  your  right  leg  and   point  the tiptoe  to the  head
     Practice   pose1 and  pose 2  sequentially
