{easy yoga} locust pose 1-2




1. Lie  on your belly  on the mat .
   Breathe in  and  lie on your side  rolling  body.
   Intertwine your fingers  and  put them  on your thighs, 
   and then   push  thighs  with   both thumb.



2.  Breathe out  and  lie prone  with  chin on the floor
   Put  your  arms  under  the  trunk.
   Breathe normally
