[easy yoga] shoulder stand on the wall




How  to 


1. Liff the hip off the ground and Put  your  hip  on the wall  
   then  raise your legs upward.
   support the back with both hands


2. Walk using  your feet  on the wall  while  straighten out
    your  leg  erect, then take off your left foot  on the wall.
