[easy yoga] twisting  yoga pose





How  to


1. Sit  on the mat and cross  your legs

2. Put  your  right hand  on the left thigh
   and  your  left arm behind  the back or the the waist.

3. Look at  the  left side and  breathe  deeply.

4. Repeat the opposite side.
