How to

1. Inhale  and  hold  your  legs in your arms.
   Pull  your  knees  to the chest
   Exhale  and  release  the legs


2. Hold  your legs  in your arms again
   Inhale and  lift  your head  and  back ,then  touch your chin
  to the knees.
   Exhale  and  release  the legs
