1. Sit  properly  on the  mat  and  straighten  your back
   Spread  your legs  and  make  V shape


2. Bend  the  right leg and  put  it  on the  left thigh
          






3. Bring  the  left leg  to  the  right side


4. Put  the  left  leg  under  the  right  thigh
