{Yoga} bow pose


How  to


1. Lie  on your  belly and  place the forehead on the floor

   Bend your knees  and  hold  the ankle  or foot.




2. Inhale, and  Raise  your  head and chest
   and   lift  your  thighs
   Breathe  deeply




3.  Lower your head, chest  and  thighs
     Release  the ankles
