Yoga - proper relax and posture

Yoga  for  healthy  life



1) Proper  relaxation



    Proper  relax   relieves  tension  of  a muscle.
     It   helps  to  relax  our  body   and  brings a  deep sleep.




    To relax  our  body and  soul - 

   1.   Lie down  on the  mat  or  blanket.

   2. Get tension  from  toe  to head.

   3. And  slowly  relax  your body.






2) Proper posture



   Proper posture  develops  our  part  of  body  through  yoga  posture.
   And also  it  lengthen and tighten  our  muscle and  a  ligament.
   It  makes  more easier  to  circulate  our body  to  be flexible spine.
