Yoga  for  stamina -warrior  pose 1

How to




1, Stand erect and feet together(mountain pose)
 Inhale and  your  feet wide apart


2. Turn your right foot out   90 degrees  and
   turn your left foot in  45 degrees


3. Rotate your  upper body  to the right


4. Inhale  and  raise your arms  above  your head and
    touch your palms together



5. Exhale and bend your right knee over the right ankle
    Look straight ahead  and  stay this pose  for 30sec



6. Inhale and  release your  knee  and  straighten your legs



7.lower your arms and  return to the mountain pose


8. Repeat the opposite direction
