How  to


1. Put  your  hands  and  knees  on the floor

2. Exhale  and  lift your knees

3. Pull  your hip  toward  the ceiling

4. Exhale  and  push your  thigh  back

5. Put your heels on the floor

6. Stay  this pose for 20 sec.
   (for  advanced  pose, lift your  heel)
