Small and  simple  things  for your acne 




1. Have  a  deep  sleep  for  about  8 hours



2. Don't touch  your  face  with a hand
   (and  wash your  hands everyday)


3. Use   skin care  for your skin type


4. Avoid  alcohol



5. Drink  mineral  water  everyday


6. Eat  vegetables  and  seaweeds


7. Clean  up  your face
