Therapy for stiff shoulder

Therapy for  frozen or stiff shoulder

This is  a  simple  workout  therapy  for  suffering  from
 stiff shoulder and pain

Before you  workout, you'd  better prepare  "pilates band"
(if you don't have, shower towel is ok)

1) Wind  a  band  around  your  right  wrist

    (both hands hip width apart)

                                               *right shoulder stiff*

2) Pull  a  band  with  a  left hand  little by little
(Stat  this pose for 5 seconds)

3) Back  to  normal  position

4) Lift  both hands  slightly
