How  to


1. Lie on your belly  on the mat
   -put  your forehead on the mat

2. Lift your head first

3.Inhaling, raise your  legs to the butt

4.Grasp your ankles with your hands

5.Imagine  to lengthen your spine, lift your hip

6.Breathe normally, lift your shoulder and legs

7. Gaze forward 

8. stay for 20 to 30 sec.
