How to

1. Kneel  upon  you on knee  on the mat


2. Spread  your knees  out   hip width apart


3. Touch  your   waist  or  pelvic area  with   hands


4. Fall  backward  as  possible as you can


5. Stay  this pose  for 15sec  holding in  your stomach


6. Back to  normal   supporting  your  waist  or pelvic
   with hands
