Meditation for healing and stress reducing






  Meditation for healing and stress relief




  1. Sit on the  mat  or blanket  with a easy
       or   half   lotus   or   lotus   pose


  2. Touch your thumb and index finger
     (It  is  called  Jyana mudra or Jnana mudra in sanscrit
     This mudra is used  when yogi  is  meditatiing)


  3. Put your hands on the knees


  4. Breathe gently


  5. Close your  eyes and  keep  calm


  6. Raise  your  arms  to the shoulder height
     


 7. Inhale and  exhale


 8. Slowely  lower your  arms   to the knees
    and  open your eyes
