1. Calms and refresh the brain

1.Sit on your knees on the mat
(put your both hands on your thighs softly)
2. Inhale deeply and exhale and
slowly lower your upperbody close to your thigh.
3. Your forehead on the mat and put your both arms
besides your feet.
4.Breathe normally and
stay this pose for 1~2min.
