How  to


1. Stand  erect.


2. Bend  your right  knee  and  hold  your  ankle  with your hands.


3. Place  your  right  foot   on  your inner  left  thigh.


4. Raise  your  arms above  your  head  and  join  the palms together.


5. Stay  for  30 seconds.


6.Slowly  lower your  hands.



7. Do this  pose  on the  other side
