{yoga} gomukhasana

how  to


1. Sit  on the floor


2. Fold  your  left  leg  under  the  right  leg.


3. Fold  your  right leg  on  the  left  thigh.


4. Raise  your   right arm  over your  head,  and
    bend  it  at  the  elbow


5. Bring  your  right  hand  behind  the  back


6.Clasp  both hands


7. Look  straight  and  breathe
   (Stay  for  15 seconds)



8. To  come out  of  this  pose,
   release  the fingers  slowly.


9. Repeat  the  opposite direction.
