How to


1. Lie  on  your  stomach  on  the  mat.

2. Bend  your  knees  and  hold  the  ankles.

3. Push  back  to  raise  your  head  and chest.
   (Lift  the  chest  and  thighs)
   (Your head  should  be  close  to  your  feet)
   (Stretch your arms)

4. Stay  in this pose  for  20 seconds.

5. Slowly  release  the  ankles  and  lower your  body.
