{level up-yoga} crescent  moon  yoga pose




How  to  do  crescent moon  pose



1. Bend  your  right  knee  forward
   and   bend  your  left leg  backward
   Breathe in
   Raise your  arms  above  your  head, then put your arms together.







2. Inhale  and  roll  your  head and  arm  backward.
   Exhale  and   move  your  upper back  and  spine  backward
   little by little.


3. Switch  the leg.
