{easy yoga} Chair pose
Chair pose
step1) Stand erect and put your feet with the pelvis apart.
Raise your both arms to the chest height.
step2) Inhale and exhale, bend the upper body
at an angle of 90 degrees.
step3) Inhale and exhale again, bend your knees that
thighs are with the flooe horizontally.
(Tighten your tummy, straighten your spine.
Stay this pose for 30~60 seconds.)
step4) Inhale and stretch your knees.
Exhale and lower your arms
