{Yoga food}
 Eating  habits  of  Sattva 



1)  Eat   unpeeled  nuts, beans and grains



2) Eat  fresh  vegetable  salad  everyday

  Avoid  eating  withered  vegetable.
  Chop  or  bite  whole  vegetable.
  Cook  quickly  not  to  destroy  nutritional  contents
  when  you  have  to  cook  vegetable.




3)Eat  fresh fruit  frequently

  Never  eat  rotten  or spoiled  fruit




4)Cook  only  as  much  as  you can

   You  should  eat  everything  on  your  plate.
   Heating  the  leftover  food  is  not  only   an  environmental  problem
   but  also  a destruction  of  nutrients
