[easy yoga} Easy camel pose  to burn fat belly








How  to


1. Kneel  on the floor   and  place   knees  with hip distance apart


2.Put  both  hands  on the back of  a  pelvic area or waist.
   ( Point  fingers down)


3.Lean the upper body back  as possible as you can


4.Stay this pose  for  15 sec.
   (apply  a strain  to the stomach)
