{easy yoga}support yoga - Legsup on the wall

Support yoga

:Legs up  on  the  wall 



2. fatigue
3. want to relax
4. Stretches  thigh, hamstring, calf.

How  to

1. Lie on the floor or  the blanket ,  
knee is bent  and put the feet on the floor

 Place a  blanket or yoga block  a few distance from a wall
if  you're suffering from backache or sciatica.

2. Breathe and  straighten  the legs  on the wall

3.move   your  butt  as close as the wall

4. Stay  in this pose for 5 to 10 minutes.

5. Close your eyes and breathe gently
and  Relax
