graham flour(1 cup), water (1 cup)
carrot, leek, zucchini, broccoli , sesame leaves
onions, red pepper, green pepper
1 cup of graham flour
(carrot, leek, zucchini, broccoli , sesame leaves)
Add a cup of flour and a cup of water,
then mix them.
Cut the onions, red peppers, and green peppers
if you prefer spicy food.
and place a mixture of vegetable using a ladle or spoon.
Fry for 1:30~2 minutes , turning once.
Serve vegetable jeon with soy sauce.
and dip it into the sauce.
