1. Start from tadasana pose
2. Spread your legs at shoulder width apart
and raise your arms side away
3.Turn your right foot out 90 degrees, and left foot inside.
4.Turn your head to the right
5. Bend your right knee while keeping your left leg straight
6. Look at the right fingertips, and stretch your arms
7. Breathe gently and stay in this pose 20 seconds.
8. Slowly straight the right leg and do the left side.
