how  to 

1. Start from  "lotus pose" or "half lotus pose"


2. Stretch out of your hand and  intertwine your fingers


3. Turn the palms out


4.Raise your arms over your head


5. Stay this pose for 20 seconds.


6. breathe gently and do not  bend the elbows.


7. Lower your arms
