How to
step1)
1. Stand erect and bend your upper body
2. Place your hands by the sides of your feet on the floor.
3. Bend your knees and take one leg step back.
step2)
4. Spread your fingers and toes.
5. Bring your head on the floor while stretching the arms and legs.
6. Stay in this pose for 30 seconds.
step3)
7. Finally, lift your head off the floor.
8. Then, walk your feet to the hands.
9.Stand up and back to normal posture
10. Relax
