Easy  Pigeon  pose  






How  to 


1.Sit  and  bring  the  left  foot   close  to  the  center of the body


2. Straight out  of  the  right leg  to the  right  side


3. Bend  your  right  leg  and  grasp  the  foot


4. Repeat  the  opposite  side
